Compliance Audits

Periodic drive-bys and walkthroughs to ensure

tenants are adhering to their lease agreement and your property is taken care of.

Transition Maintenance

Schedule any repairs, change door knobs and/or keys.

Move Out Day

Notifying tenant of move out instructions at least two weeks prior to move out date. Doing a final walk through and collecting keys. At this point, we will issue a deposit refund

if warranted.

Providing an annual market rent analysis to the home owner to ensure that your property is competitively

priced for maximum value.

Onboarding Fee= 50% of 1st Month's Rent
